Whether you’re just starting out with tuning or you’re ready to build your own custom solutions, the StageX training pathway provides structured, professional training for tuners working with diesel, gasoline, or combined fuel types.

Our training isn’t just a demo of what StageX can do – it’s a full classroom-based, hands-on experience that teaches you how to use the software with purpose. You’ll learn how to work with the StageX AI interface, how to handle manual map adjustments when needed, and how to build tuning files that go beyond pre-built solutions.

Courses are taught in English and are delivered by experienced tutors who tune professionally using StageX in live file development environments.

AVAILABLE COURSE LEVELS

We deliver structured StageX training across three tiers. Each level builds upon the last:

Beginner

Built for complete newcomers to tuning or StageX. You’ll learn:

• How to use the StageX platform and AI interface
• Reading and editing diesel or gasoline ECU files
• Creating safe and effective Stage 1 files with AI support
• Understanding the limits of automatic map recognition

Intermediate

Designed for tuners already using StageX who want to do more. You’ll learn:

• Editing logic behind AI-suggested changes
• Customising map behaviour and modifying base strategies
• Adding basic performance features like overrun or torque limiter adjustments
• Troubleshooting AI-generated files and making manual refinements

Advanced

Aimed at experienced tuners supporting modified vehicles or delivering bespoke software solutions. You’ll learn:

• Manual intervention in unsupported ECUs or advanced applications
• Building Stage 2 and Stage 3 files using StageX and external data
• Map correction, axis scaling, and control strategies
• Creating and validating your own tuning library for commercial use
