STAGEX FOR GASOLINE | 23–25 JUNE

Day 1 – Core Concepts and the Tools of the Trade

• What file writing actually is and how it fits into your business
• Getting started with StageX – function, use, and features and benefits
• Understanding ECU structure, fuel, ignition and torque strategies
• File orientation, map layout, and working with StageX AI

Day 2 – Safe, Effective Stage 1 Remapping

• Understanding and editing ignition and fuelling maps
• Torque limiters, throttle control and rev limiters
• Building your first full Stage 1 petrol tune from start to finish
• Real-world examples and instructor-led map walkthroughs
• Quick easy, DTC, removals and function deletion files (for motorsport/export only, where legal)

Day 3 – Into Modified Vehicles and Motorsport Features

• Handling modified air intakes, exhausts and injectors
• Working with advanced ignition and fuel timing (for NA and boosted engines)
• Basic implementation of pops & bangs, hardcut limiters, and map switching
• File development workshop: your own tune, with instructor feedback

Day 1 – Diesel Tuning Foundations

• Overview of diesel combustion, ECU control and file structure
• Key maps: torque, boost, fuelling, smoke limiters
• Navigating StageX Diesel interface and working with AI suggestions
• First hands-on file: understanding and adjusting main maps safely

Day 2 – Stage 1 Diesel Tune Building

• Creating full Stage 1 files for popular diesel platforms
• Adjusting turbo control, rail pressure, and torque demands
• Basic diagnostics and DTC strategies (how to manage fault codes)
• Mid-week file development: building a tune with your own data

Day 3 – Tuning for Light Modifications and Practical Use-Cases

• Handling uprated intakes, exhausts, and intercooler setups
• Smoke control and power delivery refinement
• DPF/EGR/Adblue off (for motorsport/export only, where legal)
• Final project: Build a diesel tune start to finish with support
