The Race Evo 3 Day Advanced Diesel Training Course is crafted for experienced diesel tuners who already have intermediate knowledge of the Dimsport Race Evo platform and want to take their skills to the highest level. If you’re building tuning files in-house but want deeper control of complex diesel ECUs, advanced torque strategies, and emission system handling, this course is built for you.

You’ll explore advanced diesel calibration logic in both light commercial and passenger vehicles. We go far beyond simple Stage 1 edits – you’ll learn how to safely calibrate Stage 2+ files, manage component protection strategies, and create tuning packages that improve performance while maintaining long-term drivability and compliance where applicable.

This course includes a strong practical element with deep dives into data interpretation, real-world diagnostics, and safe file delivery using the full Race Evo suite.

What You’ll Learn Over the 3 Days

• Day 1 – Advanced Diesel Torque and Load Control
  – Deep understanding of torque structure and driver demand
  – Effective manipulation of NM to IQ conversion
  – Boost control across multiple altitude and temperature strategies
  – Managing VGT, MAP, and MAF parameters for torque delivery
• Day 2 – Injection Strategy, Safety Limits & EGT Control
  – Fine control of SOI, duration, and post-injection events
  – Component protection strategies (turbo, EGT, clutch torque)
  – EGR map development and safe removal logic
  – How to tune DPF-off or AdBlue-off while respecting system integrity
• Day 3 – Real File Development, Diagnostics & Error Handling
  – Working with advanced ECUs: Bosch EDC17, Delphi, Denso
  – Performing live file diagnostics and pre/post-read checks
  – Adapting files based on logging and feedback
  – Delivering files with power, control and repeatability

If you’re not yet confident with mid-level diesel map editing, torque strategy, or Race Evo workflows, we strongly advise completing the Intermediate Diesel Course before attending this event.
