This 3 Day Intermediate ECM Titanium Training Course (Gasoline Focus) is designed for tuners who have already completed the Beginner ECM Titanium Training Course and are ready to deepen their skills in gasoline ECU remapping.

By now, you should already be confident using ECM Titanium for identifying and modifying basic tuning maps, using map packs, and carrying out safe Stage 1 tuning. This course moves beyond that. We focus specifically on gasoline engines and build the capability to handle more complex ECU strategies, performance tuning logic, and torque modelling techniques.

This course is essential if you want to begin building Stage 2 tuning files, adapt files for modified hardware, or start working more independently as a tuner offering a professional-level service.

This hands-on intermediate course drills into the practical application of ECM Titanium for gasoline tuning. You’ll go from editing maps to understanding why those edits matter, and how to tune engines for both performance and driveability.

Key training topics include:

• In-depth analysis of ignition, fuel and torque model strategies
• Modifying spark advance, throttle maps, and lambda targets
• Understanding torque limiters and torque intervention maps
• Pop & bang strategies and deceleration fuel cut control
• Creating structured tuning workflows for different gasoline ECUs
• Editing launch control and hard cut limiter maps
• Working with modified vehicles and adapting calibrations

You’ll work with real tuning files in a controlled environment, with support throughout from experienced instructors.

To join this course, you must have completed the ECM Titanium Beginner Course, and have experience:

• Using ECM Titanium software confidently
• Identifying common gasoline tuning maps
• Carrying out Stage 1 tuning on naturally aspirated and turbocharged petrol engines
