Delivered in English at the VIEZU Technical Academy, this advanced course assumes you’ve already completed the beginner and intermediate ECM Titanium training, or you’ve got equivalent real-world experience under your belt. The focus here is precision, efficiency, and strategy — not just how to build a working file, but how to build the best file for performance, drivability, or fuel economy, depending on the client’s needs.

You’ll also gain insight into advanced torque model strategies, emission control manipulation for off-road use (where legally permitted), and learn how to match file edits to specific hardware upgrades and configurations.

What You’ll Cover Across the 3 Days:

Day 1 – Advanced Diesel Map Analysis and Calibration Techniques

• Deep map identification and manipulation beyond standard drivers

• Manual map location using 2D, 3D and Hex views

• Understanding map scaling and axis configuration

• Fine-tuning fuel delivery, injection timing, boost control, and rail pressure for drivability and performance

Day 2 – Torque Model Strategy and Emissions Control

• How OEM torque structures work and how to modify them safely

• Modifying torque limiters across multiple layers (driver demand, inverse, smoke, NM to IQ)

• Understanding and adjusting SOI and duration maps with high precision

• DPF, EGR, SCR, and AdBlue calibration for motorsport/off-road use (country-dependent legislation covered)
